Furthering its commitment to providing mobile device users with stylish yet rugged smartphone protection, Trident Case™, manufacturer of eco-friendly mobile and tablet device cases, today announced the expansion of its popular Aegis and Cyclops series for LG’s all-new G4 and LG G Stylo™.

“As an official case partner of LG, we’re thrilled to introduce the expanded Aegis and Cyclops series for the G4, and our new Krios Dual Case for the LG G Stylo,” Trident Vice President of Marketing Vickie Achee said today. “Both series offer premium protection without sacrificing style.”

Unveiled today, the flagship LG G4 smartphone features a slim arc designed with an ideal user experience in mind, backed by a stunning 5.5-inch IPS Quantum Display delivering brilliant and rich colors. Complementing the crisp display, LG G4 users can enjoy a sophisticated 16-megapixel camera with OIS + and Laser Auto Focus technology with a 1.8 aperture lens, producing bright and professional-looking photos that pop with detail. Designed to complement LG G4’s unique contoured profile, Aegis and Cyclops series cases ensure users have access to an enhanced grip on-the-go.

Known for its lightweight and slim protection, Trident’s Aegis series is designed with polycarbonate and silicone to guarantee a superior fit with any smartphone or tablet device. Aegis series cases meet MIL-STD-810G for vibration and drop protection while the dust filters and port covers help reduce damage posed by dirt, dust and moisture. Manufactured with anti-skid construction, Aegis series cases are designed to slide in and out of pockets with ease. Plus, each Aegis series case comes with a self-applicable screen protector to ensure that the user’s screen stays scratch-free.

Known for its optimal protection, Trident’s Cyclops series minimizes bulk without sacrificing smartphone security. Cushioned inside and out, Cyclops series cases are constructed with polycarbonate and TPE to provide superior case strength in a thin design. The Cyclops series case is the thinnest case to meet military standard MIL-STD-810G to protect against rain, wind, vibration, drops and dust. All Cyclops series cases feature a built-in screen protector, dust filters and silicone plugs over port openings.

To better accommodate users, Cyclops series cases utilize optimized grip features to provide superior comfort. Plus, newly incorporated Sound Funnel Technology enhances audio output. All of Trident’s cases are constructed using bio-enhanced plastic that is degradable, compostable and recyclable.

Also joining the LG G4, LG G Stylo takes entertainment and productivity to the next level – while adding personality to every screen. The LG G Stylo has a built-in stylus pen that makes it a blank canvas available for unique self-expression.

The lightweight, dual material design of the Krios Series™ features a sleek outer-framework combination of durable Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and transparent polycarbonate, and protects the device from casual drops.

The Aegis Series cases for LG G G4 carry an MSRP of $34.95 and the Cyclops Series for LG G G4 retail for $39.95.  The Krios Dual Case for the LG G Stylo™ retails at $19.99 and will be available at www.tridentcase.com.

Trident Case to Strengthen Its K-12 Commitment with New Additions to Its Award-Winning Product Line at FETC 2015

Underscoring its commitment to provide superior mobile device protection for the widest range of devices used in K-12 educational environments, Trident Case® today announced plans to introduce a new range of solutions designed to deliver more choice and flexibility to cost-conscious K-12 educators looking to protect their investment in smartphone and tablet technology.  The introductions will be made next week at FETC 2015 at Booth #1475 in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

“At FETC 2015 Trident is strengthening and expanding its commitment to educators with the introduction of our next generation of mobile device cases and storage units that make the in-classroom protection and storage of devices safer and more reliable,” explained Trident Vice President of Marketing Vickie Achee. “What’s more, we are introducing a new series of rugged tablet cases, as well as a new line of anti-microbial cases that will help prevent the spread of common microbes and reduces the growth of mold, mildew and odor causing bacteria on the product’s surface — a critical consideration for every educator given the fact that most devices are shared among many students during the course of the day.”

Leading the way for Trident at FETC 2015 is the all-new line of Trident Antimicrobial Cases. Powered by the premium iShieldz Antimicrobial Device Protection System with Silver Seal™ Antimicrobial Surface Protection, these cases are infused with silver ions that fight to keep devices up to 99.99% free of common microbes. Coupled with the iShieldz screen protector, both the Kraken AMS and Cyclops Antimicrobial cases offer users the ultimate protection from bacteria and drops or spills — making them ideal for use in classrooms where tablets are shared among students.

Also making its debut at FETC 2015 is the Trident Charging Cart, the ideal solution for charging multiple tablets in K-12 classrooms. Built-in charging ports allow users to charge up to 30 tablets at once, while a UV light inside the Charging Cart disinfects the cases while charging them. The cart, equipped with an acrylic frosted window to view the devices, fully charges all tablets in up to 4-6 hours. A red LED light indicates that the devices are charging, and a green LED light indicates that the devices are fully charged.

Trident is also showcasing its latest line of t cases for today’s newest and hottest tablets — including the new Trident Cyclops Case for the Surface™ 2 and Surface™ Pro 3 that protects tablets against drops and other impacts while simultaneously boasting an ultra slim and adaptable design. The user-friendly case guarantees convenience as well, as it is compatible with all angles of the Surface kickstand. In addition, a removable cover port enables seamless use with the Surface Type Cover keyboard, while the case is still on.

Finally, the Trident Kraken A.M.S. Series, which offers the maximum level of tablet protection, is now available for the iPad Air 2. The polycarbonate and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) construction provides dual layer protection that includes a built-in screen protector to prevent scratches. The Kraken A.M.S. case is fully adaptable to any lifestyle, as it includes a twist-and-lock attachment port at the back of the case that supports a variety of accessories such as the A.M.S. Tablet Stand and dozens of mounts from Arkon. These ultra-tough cases are proven to stand up to the harshest conditions, meeting Military Standard MIL-STD-810F for protection against drops, dust, rain, sand and vibration.
