Underscoring its commitment to provide premier AV and IT communication solutions, Advanced today announced the opening of two new Collaboration Assessment Centers in Mississauga and downtown Toronto to demonstrate the latest meeting room solutions.
A feature in the Assessment Centers is the latest SMART Lync Room Systems™. The system is a collaborative solution using Microsoft® Lync® (MS) that features an 84” touch-enabled flat panel display and SMART interactive whiteboard.

As an integrated, turn-key hardware solution, the Microsoft Lync Room System combines SMART’s industry-leading interactive displays with program-enabled audio, video and data collaboration capabilities. The Assessment Centers also feature the latest video conferencing equipment from Polycom, and a variety of collaboration software solutions. “Our new Assessment Centers are designed to provide clients with a hands-on experience so they can select the right collaboration tools for their organization.” said Weatherhead.
